Land Holdings Along
the Pickerel River

DBR Land is a family-owned land holding and development company focused on the Port Loring and Kawigamog Lake area of the Parry Sound District. Our land sits within the Pickerel River watershed — a region of exceptional boreal forest, granite ridges, cedar swamps, and cold-water rivers.

We believe in holding land responsibly, understanding its ecology, and stewarding it for the long term. Whether for conservation, recreational use, or thoughtful development, we approach every decision with respect for the landscape.
